Returns

Due to the nature of our herbal hair oil products, we only accept returns if the product arrives damaged, leaking, or incorrect. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is approved, we will process your refund or replacement within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method or via bank transfer for Cash on Delivery orders.

Non-Returnable Items

Opened or used products cannot be returned unless found defective, for hygiene and safety reasons.

Exchanges

If you received the wrong item, we will arrange a free exchange or replacement at no extra cost.
